2. Idea to Funded – The Investment Readiness & Startup Growth Engine
What it is:Idea to Funded is the specialist brand supporting early-stage founders and tech-enabled businesses to become investor-ready and scale.
What it does:
Provides training on investor readiness and fundraising strategy
Offers hands-on advisory for refining business models
Builds essential investment documents—business plans, financial models, pitch decks, and data rooms
Designs, implements, and manages high-impact entrepreneurship and inclusion programs
Conducts due diligence and financial analysis
Facilitates accelerator and incubator programs
Provides coaching and mentoring to founders and professionals via platforms such as SLA, LEAP Africa, Growth4Her, Founders Institute, etc.
3. Cirkle Labs– Strategy, Finance & Impact Advisory Practice
What it is:The consultancy and advisory arm supporting organisations, development partners, and ecosystem leaders.
What it does:
Develops strategic policies (e.g., investment policies for foundations, government frameworks)
Delivers market, sector, and ecosystem research to guide decision-making
Runs training workshops for corporates, SMEs, and ecosystem actors
4. Akkant – BPO, Financial Management & Training Academy
What it does:
Business process outsourcing (BPO)
Professional financial management & bookkeeping services
Training academy for accounting, finance, and digital operation
The Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to handle the execution of multi-platform growth strategies for Triift Africa, Idea to Funded (ITF), Cirkle Labs and Akkant BPO. This role centers on content creation, social media management, and audience growth, with a focus on supporting our program goals and revenue targets. You will be responsible for maintaining high brand standards and using data-driven insights to ensure consistent performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities
A. Content Creation & Publishing
Create high-quality content (graphics, carousels, short videos, captions) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok & YouTube.
Design visually engaging creatives for campaigns, announcements, product launches, and community programs.
Support creation of newsletters, blogs, landing pages, and promotional materials.
Ensure all content aligns with brand identity guidelines and messaging.
B. Social Media & Community Management
Manage daily posting schedules across all approved platforms.
Moderate comments, respond to messages, and engage communities.
Track and optimize content performance across channels.
Collaborate with Program & Community Pod for cross-platform promotion of events and programs.
C. Campaign Support & Execution
Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns including; Program launches, Paid ads (where applicable), Community challenges, email marketing campaigns, Partnership announcements, Support webinar/event promotions with marketing collateral.
D. Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs for reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, and conversions.
Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
Use insights to recommend improved content, better timing, and new opportunities.
E. Brand Identity & Reputation Management
Maintain consistency across fonts, tone, language, and brand colours.
Support updating branding materials, press kits, and PR content.
Monitor brand mentions online and flag potential risks/issues.
What success looks like for this role
Success in this role is defined by achieving measurable month-on-month growth in audience engagement and conversions, maintaining impeccable brand consistency across all visuals and copy, and ensuring that every digital campaign directly supports the revenue and program goals for the brands.
You’ll succeed here if you are self-driven and proactive, able to take initiative, work independently, and stay comfortable with ambiguity. We value emotionally mature communicators who handle feedback well, stay calm under pressure, and speak up early to clarify instructions.
Requirement:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related field
Prior experience in brand management, social media, marketing, or communications
