About the Role

We are searching for a passionate and articulate Call Centre Agent to join our growing team.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Ghana through phone calls and potentially other communication channels.

Fluency in Twi is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

Respond to incoming customer calls in Twi, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Effectively troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions according to company guidelines.

Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for each interaction.

Utilize internal systems and software to document customer interactions and track progress.

Meet or exceed established performance metrics for call handling time, call resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while working in a fast-paced environment.

Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience in a call centre environment (preferred)

Bachelor Degree / HND / NCE / OND

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on active listening.

Fluency in Twi and English languages (written and spoken).

Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.

Proficient in computer skills, including basic knowledge of MS Office Suite or similar software.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
