Job Summary

We seek an experienced Cybersecurity and Ethical Hacking Tutor to design and deliver training programs, equipping students with essential skills for success. The ideal candidate will have a strong cybersecurity background, hands-on ethical hacking experience, and a passion for teaching.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development: Design and develop curriculum materials, lesson plans, and hands-on exercises covering various topics in cybersecurity and ethical hacking.

Course Delivery: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and lectures to students of varying skill levels, both in-person and online.

Skill Assessment: Assess students' learning progress through quizzes, exams, practical assessments, and real-world scenarios.

Mentorship: Provide one-on-one mentoring and guidance to students, offering personalized support and advice to help them overcome challenges and achieve their learning goals.

Lab Environment Management: Set up and maintain lab environments with relevant tools and technologies for hands-on practice and experimentation.

Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest trends, techniques, tools, and vulnerabilities in cybersecurity and ethical hacking, and integrate them into the curriculum as appropriate.

Feedback and Improvement: Solicit feedback from students and stakeholders to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of the training programs.

Professional Development: Continuously enhance your own knowledge and skills through self-study, training, and participation in industry conferences and events.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other instructors, subject matter experts, and industry professionals to ensure the relevance and currency of the training content.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and ethical guidelines in cybersecurity and ethical hacking education.

Requirements:

Minimum academic qualification of a Diploma in a relevant field.

Demonstrated 2 years of experience in cybersecurity and ethical hacking.

Proficiency in cybersecurity tools such as Kali Linux, Metasploit, or similar.

Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity principles with a focus on ethical hacking practices.

Strong communication skills to articulate complex cybersecurity concepts and strategies to diverse teams.

Ability to excel in a dynamic work setting and adjust to changing project demands.
