Job Position: Internal Control and Compliance Officer

Job Location: Abeokuta, Ogun

Job Description

Conduct regular verification of complaints with specified production processes and control

Conduct continuous verification of compliance with specified inventory with inventory process and controls

Regular production and inventory process checks and stock count

Regular revenue accounts and transaction reviews and verification

Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management

Continuous checks on tax and regulatory compliance

Contribute to process, policies, and procedures improvement and development

Monitor and report on raw material processes and control

Procurements and account payable checks and audit

Continuous monitoring of compliance with policies and procedures

Conduct internal audit fieldwork and execution as assigned

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of raw material management

Prepare regular reports on internal audit and internal control

Travel regularly to other regional offices for audit engagement

Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager

Requirements

B.Sc / HND in Accounting or related courses

Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in internal audit, control, and compliance in a manufacturing company

Proficient in Excel, word and powerpoint

Minimum of 2 years of Practical experience working with ERP and accounting software such as Odoo, Tally, Sage, Netsuite,SAP etc.

ACA/ACCA/CIA added advantage, not compulsory

Willingness to travel to other states within Nigeria required
