Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Mechanical HVAC Design Engineer responsible for the design and coordination of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The role requires strong knowledge of international mechanical standards and the ability to deliver efficient, compliant, and well-coordinated HVAC designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design HVAC systems in line with project requirements and international standards.
  • Perform heat load calculations, duct and pipe sizing, and equipment selection.
  • Apply ASHRAE and other relevant international mechanical standards throughout the design process.
  • Coordinate HVAC systems with architectural and structural drawings to ensure seamless integration.
  • Design ventilation and smoke control systems in compliance with comfort and safety requirements.
  • Prepare and review HVAC drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in HVAC system design.
  • Strong understanding of ASHRAE and international mechanical standards.
  • Proven ability in heat load calculations, duct/pipe sizing, and equipment selection.
  • Knowledge of ventilation, smoke control, and comfort design requirements.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
