Job Summary
As a Social Media Manager, you will develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase conversion. Job Description
Strategy Development:
Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
Identify target audience segments and tailor content to resonate with them.
Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Content Creation and Management:
Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and messaging.
Utilize tools and resources to enhance content quality, such as graphic design software, video editing tools, and photography.
Community Engagement:
Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and promptly respond to inquiries or concerns.
Foster meaningful interactions with followers to build a loyal and engaged community.
Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and participation in campaigns.
Campaign Management
Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific objectives (e.g., lead generation, website traffic, sales).
Optimize ad targeting, creative elements, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
Track campaign performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Analyze data to gain insights into audience behavior and preferences, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare regular reports detailing social media performance and present findings to stakeholders.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, customer service) to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
Collaborate with external partners, influencers, or agencies to amplify brand reach and engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3 - 6 years of work experience.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies is a plus.
