Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
Parcel Registration and Collection:
Assist customers in registering parcels, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately completed.
Facilitate the smooth and secure collection of parcels by verifying customer details and providing the correct items.
Ticket Booking and Payment Processing:
Guide customers through the process of booking transportation tickets, providing information on routes, schedules, pricing, and delivery options.
Handle collection and processing of payments for all customers, including passengers and cargo/courier service clients.
Customer Support and Issue Resolution:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person, addressing concerns related to services offered.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, identifying solutions, and implementing corrective actions.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Manage, record, and track customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, ensuring all information is accurately documented.
Ensure proper and up-to-date documentation of all customer payments and reconcile with the Finance team.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
2 - 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the transport and logistics industry.
Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive attitude towards addressing customer needs.
Salary
N75,000 - N80,000 monthly.
