Job Position: HR Officer

Job Location: Remote

Responsibilities

Managing recruitment and selection processes, including writing and placing job adverts.

Working closely with Line managers regarding recruitment needs and constant evaluation of immediate and longer-term recruitment needs.

Ensure stringent right-to-work checks and responsibility for tracking visa expiry dates.

Obtaining all work-related references.

Create and implement effective onboarding plans

Coordinate with HR & Training Administrator regarding the setting up of personnel/ training files for new starters and induction needs.

Support with setting up new starters on Core HR and Core T&A biometric scanner.

General HR administration and support with any ad hoc HR projects as required.

Requirements

HND / B.Sc in Business Administration or related field

Proven experience as HR officer, administrator, or other HR position

Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)

Proficient in writing and documentation

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume database

Must be an active learner willing to learn and follow instructions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Applicant should have a working laptop
