Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the company and CustomersProvide product/services informationAnswer phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly and professionally.Effectively communicate information, instructions, or solutions to customers.Schedule appointments or reservations as needed.Gather feedback from customers to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.Ability to multitask.Must be able to pay attention to details.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Linguistics, Communications or a related field2 - 5 years of work experience.Proven experience as Customer Service RepMust be conversant with a Customer Service SoftwareStrong communication skills.
